WHAT SHOULD OUR LIFETIME NUTRITION SYSTEM BE?

We present to your attention a study that shows what kind of healthy life we can achieve when we constantly and regularly consume the various fruits and vegetables that our Lord created on earth for our use.

There are thousands of known phytochemicals in foods. The mechanisms of most of them are still poorly known. However, recent studies show that some nutrients are indispensable for a healthy life.

The substance found in spinach and egg yolk has antioxidant properties. It has the feature of reducing the risk of breast cancer and lung cancer.

Tomato product has protective properties against prostate cancer. Tomato also prevents colon cancer, lowers blood sugar, total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. For this reason, it is said that “you should focus on vegetables such as citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables and tomatoes.”

Grain products should also be included in the daily diet, but in their natural, unrefined form. Brussels sprouts and vegetables have protective properties against breast, prostate, colon and lung cancer. All cabbage plants are already protective against cancer.

There are 2 active ingredients in citrus fruits. It protects against some cancers, especially breast, liver and pancreatic cancer. According to recent studies, citrus fruits protect people against diseases such as type 2 diabetes, asthma, cataracts and rheumatoid arthritis.

Apple, broccoli, lettuce, pomegranate; They have HDL raising and LDL lowering properties. Especially the antioxidant properties of the peel of the apple are much higher.

Pomegranate; It is a cancer protector and a powerful antioxidant. Flaxseed and alfalfa; Its protective properties were noticed in some studies on coronary heart diseases. Of course, the amount consumed is important.

Onions, garlic and leeks are foods containing sulfur. They are foods that have blood pressure lowering and cholesterol lowering properties.

Foods such as clove, ginger, anise, basil, rosemary, turmeric, red pepper and artichoke protect us from cancer through different mechanisms. It has protective physiological active ingredients. Especially artichoke is important for liver health.

Seafood also has properties that protect against coronary heart diseases and increase mental potential. Extra virgin olive oil has LDL-lowering antioxidant properties.

However, in order for all these benefits to appear, a person must not miss these foods from his/her table throughout his/her life. Otherwise, if it is defeated once or for a month and left alone, it will not benefit from it. We must make this system our life system. Instead of consuming abundantly and being thankful for these infinite blessings that our Lord has bestowed on us,
what is this interest in artificial foodstuffs that are still produced in the industry, contain many harmful and possibly haram additives, and appear on the market shelves with their colorful appearances like they are waiting for their prey?

I think the manufacturers and sellers have found a way to exploit us by exploiting our “Hedonism” weakness with their products and advertisements, and we have literally become slaves of that market. How happy are those who overcome these weaknesses and choose the path of a healthy life!
