LOCAL HALAL AND TAYYIB CERTIFICATION AND AUDIT PROCEDURES TRAINING PROGRAM-4 – 8 September 2018
25TH Local Traning Program is going to be held on 4 – 8 September 2018 at Daru’l Halal Madrasa Training Center in İstanbul.
On the world market, The Halal Assurance System is deemed necessary to continue in production systems as a result of increased demand of Halal and Tayyib certified products. So, the need for experienced, specialized and Halal and Tayyib-process-trained staff to carry out the audit service has increased rapidly. Many countries are implementing Training Programs in their countries to meet this need.
As GİMDES, since 2009 which is the year we started Halal and Tayyib Certification services for our country, we have pointed out the emergence of the need in Halal and Tayyib Certified Production specialist and Audit authority and we have emphasized that the precautions must be taken for this purpose. Thus, with this understanding, we have carried out a training program which was 23 times and each took 5 days and we have given success certificate over 400 trainees so far. The last auditor training we have organized has been held on 11 – 15 October 2017 at GİMDES Training Center. It has been agreed that the first Halal and Tayyib Certification and Audit Procedures Training of 2018 is going to be held between 4 – 8 September at the Daru’l Halal Madrasa Training Center.
In this program, which is going to last 5 days, detailed information about the risks of halal in food, medicine, cosmetics, cleaning and necessities, certification process, the affairs about Fiqh (İslamic law), Halal Assurance System and Halal auditor qualifications is going to be provided. Participants are going to be tested in writing and orally-if necessary- in the end of the training. If they are successful, Halal and Tayyib Certification and Audit Procedures Training Success Certificate will be given.

Application requirements and training program are stated below;
1-The application will be made until the evening of 01 September 2018. The quota is limited to 25 people.
2-Participants must be qualified to live Islam, fulfill their religious duties and apply the halal lifestyle to their lives.The level of Education, profession and experience will be taken into account. The participant must submit a detailed and photographed CV.
3-For the beginning of registration procedures,it is required to pre-register by mail, fax or letter to our GIMDES address below with a petition for participation in education and a CV document.
4-If the quota is filled, the other applications will be taken in the reserve and will be assessed in future trainings.
5-At the end of the pre-registration process; 25 people who are entitled to participate will donate 500 TL for Auditor Training to pay training expenses to Gimdes Kuveyt Turkish account, which has the following bank account information.
6-The training will start at 9 am and end at 6 pm.
7-Participants must attend the training between these hours for 5 days for training of Halal and Tayyib Certified Production specialist and Audit staff training. Participants in auditor training will be exams on the 5th day. Participants who are successful in the examination are given GIMDES Halal and Tayyib Certified Production Specialist and Audit personnel Participation Certificate.
8-Exam results will be notified to the participants ‘ addresses.
9-Training will be carried out at the Istanbul Daru’l Halal Madrasah Training Center.
PROGRAM
The training will be in Turkish language.
First day
Theoretical and practical lessons in Islamic Religion, Religious Concepts, Halal and Tayyib Standard, Halal Certification
Second and Third Day
Food Safety applications and Halal and Tayyib Food Safety applications and Halal Assurance System (HGS)
Fourth Day
Audit performance, Audit procedures and scenarios.
Fifth Day
Written Examination of the topics and oral examination if necessary
