According to the narration from Abu Hurayrah (r.a.), the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.) said:

As the public’s demand for Halal and Tayyib Certified products increases, unfortunately the number of companies using fake Halal certificates and fake Halal logos increases every day.
We cannot be sufficient to decipher these. However, we trust in the insight of our Muslim brothers. We believe that they will also repel this ugliness with their insight. Those who waste their eternal lives for the sake of a trivial worldly benefit, people whose curtains of shame have been torn, exploit a sacred concept like Halal and resort to fraudulent methods. The vast majority of them, as if the exploitation of non-Muslims for a century was not enough, are trying to exploit and deceive their Muslim brothers by using fake Halal Certification and fake logos.
In our fight against these GIMDES Halal Logo fraudsters, the efforts of our volunteer brothers and sisters to inform us provide us with great support. Thanks to them, many fraudsters who produce products with fake Halal logos are being exposed. We forward the reports from our valuable volunteers to our lawyers and initiate legal proceedings.
