The CEO, Mr. Amir Masoom, and Operations Manager, Mr. Hassan Gul of Halal Food Authority, recognized by GIMDES and the oldest Halal Certification Authority in England, visited GIMDES.
At the meeting, information was given about the Dar’ul Halal Madrasa project of GIMDES, the Halal Dunya Markets project, and the publications of books and magazines prepared to raise awareness of the public. The guests stated that they appreciated the projects and that they wanted to contribute to these works as Halal Food Authority.
They stated that Dr. Hüseyin Kâmi Büyüközer, President of GIMDES, is a value for Halal Certification institutions with his experience and they want to benefit from his experience and opinions.
The difficulties faced by Muslim consumers in their search for halal certified products, and our responsibilities to deliver this service to them in a better way was discussed.
It was emphasized that we should meet each other more frequently, strengthen cooperation between institutions
The two institutions ended the meeting with mutual prayers and thanks.
