We are in the last ten days of Ramadan, which the Laylat’ul Qadr is hidden among one of them. The shadow of this blessed night, which is more Khairful than 1000 months, is over us.
We have sent it (the Qur’an) down in the Night of Qadr. And what may let you know what the Night of Qadr is? The Night of Qadr is much better than one thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend in it, with the leave of your Lord, along with every command. Peace it is till the rising of dawn. (Surah al-Qadr)
It is a gift of Allah (SWT) to all humanity. Then, let’s get into the race of Khair. Let’s try to increase our rewards and ask for forgiveness from the Most merciful.
Aisha raḍyAllāhu ‘anha (may Allāh be pleased with her) reported:
I asked: “O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?” He ṣallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) replied, “You should supplicate:
Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni
(O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me).”
