Islamic youth has been struggling to break the chains of Hagia Sophia with the slogans “Chains shall be broken! Hagia Sophia shall be opened! The hands making Hagia Sophia a museum shall be broken!”. Alhamdulillah, we have reached this day with great pleasure and Shukr among all the Muslim Ummah.
THERE WAS A HUGE CROWD BEFORE HAGIA SOPHIA AS A HISTORICAL TURN
This crowd, apart from the others throughout 86 years of its captivity, were gathered for prayer, Shukr and Tawba. Slogans of “Chains shall be broken! Hagia Sophia shall be opened! The hands making Hagia Sophia a museum shall be broken!” have reached their dreams.
Finally, our Rabb gifted the opening of Hagia Sophia. He wished to end our shrieking. The nation awoke from woolgathering. We dye ourselves with the coloring of Allah (SWT) once again. (We dye ourselves with) the coloring of Allah! Months and years have passed, do you still cry Hagia Sophia? Your period of captivity has ended, Hagia Sophia. Wipe off your tears, Hagia Sophia.
We shall keep our memory fresh in such kinds of issues to prevent them from happening again. May Allah keep us on the true path.
