القدس (AL-QUDS) IS THE HOMELAND OF THE MUSLIMS AND THIS CASE IS THE CASE OF ALL MUSLIMS

As GIMDES, we reject the so-called “peace plan” of the United States and occupying force Israel for Palestine, which does not include Palestinians. A sustainable and peaceful solution in the region cannot be achieved by dismissing one side from the plans. This kind of solution is totally against the international laws and norms, which once again demonstrated the hypocrisy of the United States regarding international law when it comes to its and its allies’ interests. To get a better insight, there are some examples of this illegal peace plan:

• The Palestinian State does not have the right to control its own borders.
• Israeli military can intervene in the Palestinian region without a reason at any time.
• Both parties (the USA and occupant Israel) have the right to ignore Palestinian moves for independence.

These articles clearly reveal the Israeli intention of occupying all Palestine illegally and exile all the Muslims from there. According to the Vienna Convention of 1938, states are not allowed to occupy other regions and according to the UN Charter, states are not allowed to exile or attack people without a valid reason regarding international law. The acts of occupant Israel and the support of the United States violate international law [the examples can be increased]. Therefore, this so-called peace plan should not be acknowledged by any states believing the necessity of maintaining international law and more significantly, by any Muslims all over the world.

Appealing all the Muslim Ummah, we remind the following issues:

Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing. (Al-Isra, 17:1)

Being the homeland of Muslims and having historical ties, security and liberation of the region have transformed into a great cause of Muslims. This cause is a cause related to all the Muslims wherever they live.

There are great persecutions and usurpations in the region, in which the world remains just as a spectator. In such a case, everyone, without doubt, has some sort of actions to implement in the light of the hadith “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.” [Muslim].

Cease of the Zulm and salvation of the Muslims experiencing persecution should be our prayer. Regaining the identity of being a major Islamic city and remaining as such until the Day of Qiyamah should be our constant supplication, unending effort and the necessity of our faith.
