The Agency for Halal Standard; the Halal Certification Body in Macedonia, invite GIMDES R&D Coordinator Dr. Majed ALHARIRI to make Halal training on March 23-24, 2018. The training included the Halal critical control points in food additives, food technology, cosmetics and medicine, Halal Certification process and Halal assurance system.
Both technical and fıqıh committees of Macedonia Agency for Halal Standard attend the first day training, which is performed in Arabic language. Whereas in the second day the internal Halal coordinator of different companies, companies representatives and the stuff of Macedonia Agency for Halal Standard attended the training.
At the opening ceremony, the letters of the President of the Islamic Religious community of Macedonia, Sulejman Rexhepi and GIMDES President Dr. Hüseyin Kami BÜUÜKÖZER has been which explained the importance of Halal Standards. At the end of the training the certificates distributed to the attendees.
